Young v Herbel

Sitting Town Councilwoman restrained with temporary TRO.  Plaintiff Young claimed her exotic animals were poisoned by Herbel.  Young's proof was that exotic animals would not have allowed anyone else but Herbel near them so it must have been the liberal minded Herbel who poisoned the animals.  Young claimed the Councilwoman was motivated by revenge for Young's support of Walmart development.  TRO issued by notorious Judge Bert Swift; weeks later case dismissed by Mazurek after 5 hours of hearing.  Several months and numerous other hearings. Case CIVMS807817

Herbel had apparently requested a restraining order against Young according to z107.7

Astonishingly, but not if one knows Judge Bert Swift, he had granted a TRO *against* Younger only months before in September.
